2. Aside from COD, what other payment methods can I use?

We accept payments from BDO and BPI, GCASH and COD.

Our shipping is conducted every MWFS,  regular holidays, and special non-working holidays where Metro Manila is covered. Delivery period for Metro Manila delivery addresses: 1-3 working days; and for Provincial addresses: 3-7 working days.

4. How do I know the whereabouts of my orders?

We provide notifications through email or SMS on every stage of your package in transit, up to the time of its delivery to your provided shipping address. Tracking numbers are contained in one of your received notifications. All of your delivery concerns are expected to be directed only to the courier company carrying the delivery and not LouisBrosPh.

5. Why is the actual color of the item not like the one in the picture?

Product actual colors and texture appearance may vary from online due to photography lighting conditions and mobile phone screen or monitor color renditions.

6. Why is the actual item measurement not exactly identical from the provided size measurements?

Please allow 2-3 millimeter measurement inaccuracy brought about by manual cutting procedures and varying fabric characteristics. When finding the right size for you, pick the size that surely exceeds your body measurements. Measurements provided are the item figures, not your body size figures.

7. How to care for the fabric?

Our items are made of either rayon/cotton-challis or cotton-polyester, depending on cut and print.

1.) Hand washing instructions:

a.) Always use cold water, as warm water may cause fabric to shrink.
b.) Wash separately as color bleeding or dye transfer may occur.
c.) Do not soak.
d.) Do not hang on direct sunlight.

a.) Use cold water in gentle cycle mode.
